In my continuous pursuit of creating transformative solutions, my work on Confirmed Life Safety stands as a testament to the fusion of technology and practical needs. As an Equity Partner and the main software architect of this platform, I’ve proudly collaborated with Waveland Property Group, under the leadership of my namesake Jonathan Swindle, to build a platform that revolutionizes how organizations manage life safety protocols.

Confirmed Life Safety is a cloud-based platform designed to assist property and portfolio managers with life safety data management. As the creator of this platform, my key contributions include the crafting of a user-friendly interface that simplifies the management of life safety compliance.

This software provides real-time performance metrics, ensuring all properties under a portfolio maintain compliance. It features automated weekly and monthly email alerts for property and portfolio managers respectively, helping them stay ahead of expirations of life safety certifications.

Beyond software development, I was instrumental in developing the business intelligence model. It provides a high-level breakdown of portfolio performance, flagging potential areas of risk, and enabling proactive decision-making. The integration of this model within the platform provides a comprehensive solution for life safety compliance, meeting the unique needs of portfolio managers, property managers, and everyone in between.

Further, my role extended to creating a compelling brand image and executing targeted marketing strategies that effectively communicate the value Confirmed Life Safety brings to its users. The result is a product that not only solves a complex issue but also promotes a culture of safety and compliance within the real estate and healthcare sectors.
